Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing AI-as-a-Service startup, leading the industry in Conversational AI platform and marketing technology. Our innovative solutions have empowered multinational corporations across Southeast Asia. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Requirements:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Prior experience in customer service, client management, enterprise account management or a related field is advantageous. However, no degree is required. We value skills and potential over formal qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring timely and personalized assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, striving to understand their unique goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Gather client feedback, analyze trends, and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging market opportunities.
