Energy Monitoring System (Current Sensing)

RGK+Z&A Group (https://rgkzna.com) အတွက် ပြုလုပ်ပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ Energy Monitoring System Project အကြောင်း ရှင်းပြပေးထားတဲ့ video လေးကို ပြန်လည် ဝေမျှပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ current တိုင်းတာရာမှာ ACS712 လိုမျိုး ဝါယာကြိုးဖောက်ပြီး ချိတ်ဆက်စရာမလိုတဲ့၊ Non-invasive Split-core အမျိုးအစား current sensor ကို အသုံးပြုထားလို့ ဗို့အားမြင့်လိုင်းတွေကို တိုင်းတာချင်ရင် ကလစ်ဖြုတ်ပြီး တပ်လိုက်ရုံပဲမို့ အန္တရာယ်လည်း ကင်းပါတယ်။

GSM SIM900A module ကတော့ GPRS connection နဲ့ Internet ချိတ်ဆက်ဖို့ ထည့်ထားတာပါ။ LCD မှာ local လည်း ကြည့်လို့ရ၊ cloud မှာလည်း ကြည့်လို့ရအောင် ၁မိနစ် တစ်ခါ update ပေးပြီး လုပ်ထားပါတယ်။ Thingspeak မှာ monitoring ကြည့်တဲ့အပိုင်းကတော့ confidential အပိုင်းတွေမို့လို့ LCD မှာ ကြည့်တဲ့အပိုင်းပဲ တင်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ project တစ်ခုလုံးကို Circuit Diagram, PCB layout design က စလို့ Arduino Program အပါ၊ prototype မှ product အဆင့် သုံးလို့ရသည်အထိ project ကို ချောမွေ့အောင် Phoewa Science မှ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ် 😃
