Trust ဖြစ်ဖို့ဆိုရင် ယုံကြည်ရဖို့ဆိုရင် 3C လိုပါတယ်။ Communication, Competency နဲ့ Character ပါ။ တစ်ချို့လူတွေကျတော့ Communication ကောင်းပြီး Character မကောင်းကြဘူး၊တစ်ချို့ကျတော့လည်း Communication ကစမကောင်းသလို Competency ပါမပြည့်ဝတော့ Character ဘယ်လောက်ကောင်းကောင်း ဘယ်နေ့ပြသနာထဖြစ်မလဲ ၊ဘာတွေလိုက်ရှင်းရမလဲ စိုးရိမ်နေတာနဲ့ တစ်ခုခုတာဝန်ပေးမယ်ဆို လုံးစုံယုံလို့မရပြန်ဘူး။တစ်ချို့ကျတော့လည်း Competency နဲ့ Character ကောင်းပေမယ့် လူမှန်ကြီးဖြစ်ပေမယ့် စကားပြောတာ အထာမကျ သလို သတင်းအချက်အလက် မျှဝေရမှန်းမသိတော့လည်း အဆင်မပြေပြန်ဘူး။ Communication နဲ့ Character နှစ်ခုဘဲကောင်းပြီး Competency မရှိရင်လည်း ဘာတာဝန်ပေးပေး results ကထွက်မလာပြန်ဘူး။အလွဲပေါင်းအမှားပေါင်းများစွာနဲ့ ပြင်ဆင်နေရတာနဲ့ ချာလပတ်ရမ်းနေလို့ရှေ့မရောက်နိုင်ပြန်ဘူး။ ကိုယ့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအောင်မြင်ချင်ရင် ၊အသင်းအဖွဲ့တွေ အောင်မြင်ချင်ရင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေအားလုံး 3C ပြည့်ဝဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါမှ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် ယုံကြည်မှုအပြည့်အဝထားလို့ရပြီး ပြေးသလောက် ခရီးရောက်မှာပါ။
