Recently, we kicked off our first session of Leading for Results coaching session with the leaders from HIQ International Trading Company Limited (MGOU).

Leading for Results is a coaching-based programme that supports leaders in bridging this gap through reflection, realworld application, and accountability. Participants work through actual workplace challenges, strengthening their ability to lead teams and deliver meaningful outcomes because effective leadership is not measured by intention, but by results.

Our time in Ngwe Saung was truly a blast.

We recently facilitated a team-building retreat for KBZMS, bringing together leaders in a setting that encouraged connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Through a series of engaging activities and meaningful interactions, the retreat focused on strengthening teamwork, building trust, and aligning everyone towards a common direction.

Beyond the sessions, it was inspiring to see participants step outside their usual roles, connect on a deeper level, and create lasting memories together.
