└ Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on E-commerce platforms.
└ Handle data entry tasks related to sales, accounting, and statistical reporting.
└ Perform accurate calculations and maintain financial records related to EC operations.
└ Generate daily/monthly performance reports using Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets.
└ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and data accuracy.
└ Communication with Japanese

■Can you tell us about your career path and the responsibilities you've had in your ? years with the company?
I began my career with the company as a Register Team Operator, where I was responsible for managing registration processes and supporting daily operations. As I gained experience and enhanced my skills, I was promoted to Register Team Senior Operator, a role that allowed me to take on additional responsibilities, including mentoring junior staff and overseeing the team’s workflow. Currently, I serve as a Keientai Team Leader, where I lead the team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.

■Could you describe your role and responsibilities as a Senior Operator?
As a Senior Operator, I managed the daily operations of the register team, with responsibilities that included editing EC product images, designing sales banners, and registering products for client shops on major online shopping platforms such as Rakuten, Yahoo, and Amazon. I worked closely with team members to tackle complex tasks, ensuring smooth ex*****on and quality outcomes. In addition, I coached and mentored junior operators to improve their accuracy and efficiency, while monitoring performance to ensure the team consistently achieved target scores and KPIs.

■Can you share some notable successes and how you've approached challenges in your career so far?
One of my key career achievements was during my time as a Senior Operator in the Register Team, where I successfully completed a high volume of client product registrations on major EC platforms within tight deadlines. To overcome this challenge, I organized the team effectively and coached junior operators to enhance both accuracy and efficiency. Building on that experience, I now serve as the Kaientai Team Leader, where I manage daily operations, coordinate tasks, and mentor my team to ensure smooth workflows and consistent results. These experiences have strengthened my ability to collaborate effectively, solve problems under pressure, and lead teams to success.

During my time as a Senior Operator, the e-commerce industry and online platforms were continuously evolving, with new processes and features being introduced regularly. To stay ahead, I proactively learned and applied these updates, while refining my workflow in image editing and product registration. This adaptability allowed me to maintain efficiency, ensure accuracy, and contribute to the team’s ability to meet client expectations in a dynamic environment.

■Are there any particularly memorable moments or highlights from your four years with the company?
During my four years with the company, I have many memorable experiences, from attending welcome and farewell parties to celebrating New Year events and enjoying meals out with colleagues. A standout moment was a company trip to Bago in March 2025 with my team, which remains a particularly memorable and meaningful experience for me.

How's Training Going?
The training so far has been both engaging and a great opportunity to learn new things. While I’m still getting used to the tasks and tools we use, I make it a point to ask questions whenever I’m unsure and apply what I’ve learned step by step.
Some parts have been challenging, but I view those challenges as valuable opportunities for growth. I also try to learn by observing how other team members approach their work, which has been really insightful..............................................................................................

At Simple’Z, my goal is to improve my language skills and become more confident in communicating in Japanese in a professional setting. I also aim to enhance my proficiency in the tools we use—particularly Photoshop, HTML, and CSS—so I can contribute more effectively to the team.
