Job Descriptions:
- Plan for HRD & HRM activities annually
- Implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures to attain the organization's goals
- Assist in training and development activities
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment and dismissal process
- Review of the performance appraisal and development of performance evaluation procedures and policies
- Handle other ad hoc human resources projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Management
- At Least 5 years of work experience at the management level
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate Level in English Language
- Excellent proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Requirements
