Job Description

Job Requirement

(1)BE (EP/EC) or related Bachelor or Diploma.

(2)Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV system.

(3)General knowledge of Auto CAD, Word, Excel and Power Point.

(4)Excellent interpersonal, team management and communication skills.

(5)Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA system, PABX and structure cabling.

Job Description
(1)Supervise and manage ELV projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

(2)Supervise and manage the installation and commissioning of ELV systems.

(3)Provide technical support to clients and maintenance teams for ELV systems.

(4)Participating in project meetings and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

(5)Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.

(6)Checking the Design Documents, Studies, Specifications, datasheets and Calculations prepared by other related Engineers.

(7)Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ELV systems.

(8) Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

(9)Provide regular project status updates and reports to Managing Director.

လျှောက်ထားရန်လိုအပ်ချက်များ

(၁) တက္ကသိုလ်တက်ရောက်ဆဲ (သို့မဟုတ်) မည်သည့်ဘွဲ့ရမဆိုလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
(၂) LCCI Level I, II တက်ရောက်ထားသူဖြစ်ပါက ပို၍ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
(၃) Computer အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး သင်ကြားပေးသမျှကိုနားလည်လွယ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
(၄) လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များနှင့်ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းစွာတည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
(၅) အသက် ၁၈ မှ ၃၀ အတွင်းရှိရမည်။

လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်တာဝန်များ

(၃) အခြားဌာနမှထုတ်ယူထားသောစာရင်းများကိုအသေးစိတ်မှတ်သားနိုင်ရမည်။
(၄) တစ်လတစ်ကြိမ် Ground Stock ကောက်မှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် စီနီယာများနှင့်အတူလိုအပ်သည်များကိုပါဝင်ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
(၅) Inventory Voucher အဝင်စာရင်းများသွင်းရမည်။
(၆) Department များအားလုံးအတွက် ပစ္စည်းများကို မဝယ်ယူမီ လက်ကျန် Stock စစ်ဆေးခြင်းဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူရမည့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို အလေအလွင့်နည်းပါးစေရန်နှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
(၇)Stock Report နှင့် Balance Stock Report ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိမရှိကို အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ Report လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

(1) AGTI / B.E ( Mechanical ) ကျောင်းပြီးထားသူများ။ကျောင်းမပြီးသေးသော သူများလည်း လျောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
(2) ELV (CCTV, PABX, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc...) နှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ (သို့) ဗဟုသုတရှိသူကိုဦးစားပေးမည်၊၊
(3)Company မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။
(4) လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်ပါက နယ် Siteသို့ခရီးထွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
(5) လိုအပ်လျှင် OT ဆင်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
(6) အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ပြီးအများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

(1) Camera ကြိုးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့်တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း

(3) Site အတွက်လိုအပ်သည့် ပစ္စည်းများထုတ်ယူခြင်း။
(4) တာဝန်ကျရာ Site မှပြန်ရောက်လာလျှင်ပစ္စည်းစရင်းများစီစစ်၍ ပြန်အပ်ပေးခြင်း။
(5) Piping လမ်းကြောင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။
(6) Team Leader မှချမှတ်ပေးသောတာဝန်များကို သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်းပြီး ဆုံးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
(7) Site အတွက်လိုအပ်ချက်များကို Team Leader ထံသို့အချိန်မှန်အကြောင်းကြားပေးခြင်း။
(8)လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်သည့်နေရာတွင်လိုက်ပြီး တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
