Our project idea:
A modern commercial shop-house designed to stand out while staying highly functional. Featuring multiple shop units displaying a convenient retail space.

What our client want:
The client wanted a strong, eye-catching business presence with a clean, modern look and efficient layout for long-term use and rental space.

What we created :
At HOL, we brought this vision to life through a modern style, and balanced color palette, creating a design that is both visually striking and practical. We used the type of colors that would portray the idea of a construction items and to attract customers.

ဒီ living room interior ကို client ရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် စိတ်ကြိုက်အတိုင်း အခြေခံပြီး ဒီဇိုင်းဖန်တီးထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး၊ သူတို့ရဲ့ နေထိုင်မှု lifestyle နဲ့ သက်တောင့်သက်သာဖြစ်မှုကို ထင်ဟပ်စေမယ့် space တစ်ခုအဖြစ် သေချာစွာ ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။ Client က modern living room တစ်ခုကို အထူးသဖြင့် lighting ကို အဓိကထားပြီး လိုချင်ခဲ့တာကြောင့်၊ အဲဒီအတိုင်း သင့်တော်အောင် lighting layout ကို သေချာစီမံထားပြီး အခန်းရဲ့ mood နဲ့ functionality နှစ်ခုလုံးကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေဖို့ ဒီဇိုင်းပြုလုပ်ထားပါတယ်။ Soft neutral tones, elegant curtains နဲ့ warm lighting တို့ကို ပေါင်းစပ်အသုံးပြုထားခြင်းဖြင့် နေ့စဉ်အသုံးပြုရန်အတွက် အေးချမ်းပြီး သက်တောင့်သက်သာရှိတဲ့၊ welcoming ဖြစ်တဲ့ atmosphere တစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။

This living room interior was designed based on what the client wanted and needed, carefully creating a space that reflects their lifestyle and comfort. The client asked for a modern living room with a strong focus on lighting. So, we designed the space with that in mind, using a well-planned lighting layout to enhance both the mood and functionality of the room. Soft neutral tones, elegant curtains, and warm lighting come together to create a calm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere for everyday living.
