BRAC Myanmar မှ ရန်ကုန်၊ မွန် နှင့် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်ရှိ ရုံးခွဲများတွင် ရုံးခွဲမန်နေဂျာ ရာထူးအတွက် စိတ်အားထက်သန်ပြီး ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူများကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။

သင်ဟာ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် ယုံကြည်မှုရှိပြီး ဦးဆောင်နိုင်တဲ့သူ၊ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအတွက် အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်လိုသူဖြစ်ပါက အခုပဲ ဒီအခွင့်အရေးကို အရယူလိုက်ပါ။

တစ်ချိန်က မေနွယ်စိုးဟာ အမျိုးသားရဲ့ဝင်ငွေအပေါ်မှာပဲ မှီခိုနေထိုင်ခဲ့သူတစ်ဦးပါ။ တဖြည်းဖြည်းနဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ ကြီးပြင်းလာပြီး ‌ငွေကြေးကုန်ကျပိုများလာကာ အမျိုးသားရဲ့ကျန်းမာရေးကလည်း အားနည်းတဲ့အချိန်ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရချိန်မှာတော့ မိသားစုစားဝတ်နေရေးအတွက် သူမကိုယ်တိုင်အလုပ်စလုပ်ဖို့ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်။

သူမဟာ ၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ်မှာ BRAC Myanmar မှ ပထမဆုံးချေးငွေကို ရယူပြီး ကုန်စုံဆိုင်သေးသေးလေးတစ်ဆိုင် စဖွင့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ COVID-19 ကာလမှာတုန်းက အခက်အခဲတွေကြောင့် ကုန်စုံဆိုင်ကို ပိတ်ခဲ့ရပေမယ့်လည်း ထမင်း၊ဟင်းချက်ရောင်းတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းကို သူမစတင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး online ကနေ Door to Door စနစ်နဲ့ ရောင်းခဲ့တာကြောင့် စီးပွားရေးပိုပြီး အဆင်ပြေလာခဲ့တယ်။ အခုလက်ရှိမှာတော့ မေနွယ်စိုးဟာ ပဲခူးတိုင်း ညောင်လေးပင်မြို့မှာ စားသောက်ဆိုင်နှင့် ဆေးဆိုင်တို့ကို သူမကိုယ်တိုင် ဦးစီးဦးဆောင်ပြုကာ လည်ပတ်နေပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“ချေးငွေထုတ်ပြီးတာနဲ့ တစ်ခုခုကို ဖြစ်ထွန်းအောင် သေချာလုပ်တယ်။ မလိုအပ်တာတွေ ဝယ်တာမျိုးမလုပ်ဘဲ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးချဲ့ဖို့အတွက်ပဲ အဓိကထားဖြစ်တယ်။ နောက်ပိုင်းမှာလည်း ထပ်ပြီးကျွန်မလုပ်ချင်တာလေးတွေရှိသေးတော့ BRAC Myanmar နဲ့ဆက်ပြီး လက်တွဲသွားဦးမှာပါ။” လို့ မေနွယ်စိုးက ပြောပါတယ်။

မေနွယ်စိုးဟာ BRAC Myanmar မှ အုပ်စုချေးငွေအဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ်စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုလက်ရှိမှာတော့ လုပ်ငန်းငယ်ချေးငွေ အဖွဲ့ဝင်တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်နေပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Back in the day, May Nwe Soe depended entirely on her husband’s income to provide for the family. As their children gradually grew older, household expenses increased, and there was a time her husband’s health became weaker. During that time, she decided to start working on her own to support her family’s livelihood.

In 2015, she took her first loan from BRAC Myanmar and opened a small grocery shop. During the COVID-19 pandemic due to various challenges, she had to close the shop but she did not give up. Instead, she started a home-cooked food business, selling meals online through a door-to-door delivery system, which helped her business become more successful and stable. Today, May Nwe Soe is proudly running a restaurant and a pharmacy in Nyaunglebin Township in Bago Region.

“When I receive a loan, I make sure to use it productively. I focus mainly on expanding my business instead of spending on unnecessary things. As I still have more dreams and plans for the future, I will continue working together with BRAC Myanmar,” said May Nwe Soe.

May Nwe Soe began her journey with BRAC Myanmar as a microfinance group loan client and has now progressed to becoming a small enterprise loan client, accessing larger loans to grow her business.

၁။ Trainee/ Branch Accounts Officer (ရုံးခွဲစာရင်းကိုင်)
ပညာအရည်အချင်း- LCCI Level 2
လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ-
• ရုံးခွဲ၏ ငွေဝင်/ငွေထွက် လုပ်ငန်းများကို တာဝန်ယူစီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။
• Accounting system နှင့် စာရင်းစာအုပ်များတွင် နေ့စဉ် စာရင်း များ သွင်းရမည်။
လစာစတင်နှုန်း : 440,000 - 600,000 MMK

၂။ Trainee/ Credit Officer (ချေးငွေအရာရှိ)
ပညာအရည်အချင်း: အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ
လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ-
• နေ့စဉ်ရပ်ရွာထဲသွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ခြင်း
• ချေးငွေယူလိုသူများကို ရှာဖွေခြင်း
လစာစတင်နှုန်း : 360,000 – 500,000 MMK (အတွေ့အကြုံအပေါ်မူတည်သည်)

အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များ (Benefits)-
• စနေ၊ တနင်္ဂနွေနှင့် အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်များတွင် နားရက်ရရှိမည်။
• နှစ်စဉ် ဘောနပ်စ် (၁လစာ) နှင့် ဆေးကုသမှုအကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များ ရရှိမည်။

အလုပ်လျှောက်ရန် စိတ်ဝင်စားသူများအနေဖြင့် အသေးစိတ်ကိုကောမန့်မှာ ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
