โข Handle product registration processes, including timely submission for registrations and renewals.
โข Manage wholesale license and import permit applications.
โข Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding registration requirements and necessary documents.
โข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product importation.
โข Prepare monthly regulatory reports and maintain proper documentation.
โข Manage financial claims related to regulatory activities.
โข Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or related field.
โข Prior experience in the regulatory field is preferred.
โข Basic knowledge of product registration and regulatory procedures.
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
โข Good command of written and spoken English.
โข Good communication and teamwork skills.
โข Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Job Description:
โข Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
โข Expand market share by identifying new opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships.
โข Lead negotiations for major accounts, long-term contracts, and high-value logistics projects.
โข Ensure the team achieves both individual and collective sales targets.
โข Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales & Marketing Executives to achieve peak performance.
โข Build succession planning and talent development programs to strengthen the teamโs capability.
โข Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training/coaching to address gaps.
โข Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
โข Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and key accounts.
โข Ensure service excellence through proactive customer engagement, problem resolution, and solution-driven approaches.
โข Oversee customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies.
โข Act as the escalation point for major client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
โข Oversee preparation of annual sales budget, forecasts, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
โข Review and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.
โข Ensure CRM and reporting tools are effectively utilized for accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
โข Provide senior management with timely market intelligence and business insights.
โข Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
โข Integrate customer feedback into service and product improvements.
โข Align sales and operational strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.
โข Undertake any other duties assigned by Manager, AGM or GM as required.
โข Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence and provide accurate information to customers.
Job Requirement:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
โข Minimum 7 of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3โ5 years in a managerial role in the logistics sector.
โข Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in logistics or related industries.
โข Strong leadership with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
โข In-depth knowledge of logistics services: Multi-Modal Transport, Dry Port, Warehousing, and Value-Added Services.
โข Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, P&L, and ROI.
โข Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โข Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities combined with a results-oriented mindset to drive sustainable business growth.
โข High adaptability to market dynamics and regulatory changes.
โข Fluent in English; Thai or other regional languages are advantageous.
โข Willingness to travel frequently for business.
โข Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
โข Excellent sales planning and organizational abilities.
โข Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
โข Strategic mindset with hands-on ex*****on capability.
โข Customer-centric approach with commercial awareness.
