တစ်ခု သတိပြုရမှာက ကိုယ်နဲ့ရင်းနှီးတဲ့ သူငယ်ချင်း၊မိတ်ဆွေတွေ ကိုပဲ ဒီ Slang Wordsလေးတွေ ပြောကြနော်။❗ ကိုယ့်ထက်ကြီး‌တဲ့သူတွေ၊ အထက်အရာရှိတွေ ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် first impression တွေမှာတော့ အသုံးမပြုကြပါနဲ့နော်။❌ Learner လေးတွေ first impression လေးတွေ Down သွားနိုင်လို့ပါ။❗

1. What's up? - What are you doing?

Example :

Anna : Hey ! What's up?

Lucy: I am doing housework.

2. I feel you - I understand and empathize with you.

Example : I feel you. That was really unfair.

3. I get it - I understand

Example : I get it. Don't explain to me again.

4. Same here - I agree

Example :

Suzan : I don't want to attend this class. So, I'll skip.

Rosy : Same here.

5. My bad - My mistake

Example : It is my bad. Don't scold her, Mum!

6. You bet - You're welcome

Example :

Taylor : Thank you for your motivation.

Selena : You bet. Anytime.

Excuse is a comfort zone

စာတွေဘဲ လေ့လာနေရတာ ပျင်းနေကြပြီဟုတ်?👀

ဒီနေ့တော့ စာ အကြောင်း မပြောတော့ဘဲ Motivation ဖြစ်မယ့် အကြောင်းအရာလေး ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်နော်။🥳

Excuse is a comfort zone.🧐

💁 We keep finding every possible excuse to avoid doing things that we think will take us outside our comfort zone.

ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ Comfort Zone က နေ ထွက်ပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ရတဲ့အခါမျိုးမှာ ရှောင်ဖို့ Excuse (ဆင်ခြေ) တွေ ရှာလေ့ ရှိကြတယ်။

💁But we keep saying we don't want to live in a comfort zone.

ဒါပေမယ့် ကျွန်တော် ဒီ Comfort Zone ထဲမှာ မနေချင်ဘူး ပြောလေ့ရှိကြတယ်။

Also we keep saying

I cannot do it because I am not brave enough

I cannot do it because I don't have the ability

I cannot do it because I don`t think I am capable of such a lot of excuses we always use.

💁Nobody can do anything until they try, until they take the challenge.

ဘယ်သူမှ မကြိုးစားရသေးခင် ဘာမှ မလုပ်တတ်ပါဘူးနော်။

💁If you keep using excuses to avoid doing things that help you grow, you will never grow.

တိုးတက်အောင်လုပ်ပေးမယ့် အရာတွေကို မလုပ်ဘဲ အမြဲဆင်ခြေတွေ ပေးနေရင် ဘယ်တော့မှ တိုးတက်မှာ မဟုတ်ဘူးနော်။🙅

💁Before you find any excuses to reject doing something, think of what you will get if you grab the challenge.

မငြင်းခင်မှာ ဒီကနေ ငါ့အတွက် ဘာရနိုင်လဲ တွေးပါ။👌

💁You wouldn't know how to walk if you didn't learn to walk.

မင်း မသင်ယူရင် လမ်းဘယ်လိုလျှောက်မလဲ ဘယ်လိုသိနိုင်မှာလဲ။🤷‍♀️

💁There is no failure in this world, only experience.
