Accounting cycle ဆိုတာ company တစ်ခုရဲ့ Financial transactions တွေကို စာရင်းရေးသွင်းရတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်ပါ

transaction တစ်ခုကနေစပြီး Financial statement တွေထွက်ပြီး account တွေ ပိတ်တဲ့အထိ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေ အားလုံး ပါဝင်ပါတယ်

cycle ဆိုတဲ့ အတိုင်း အစ ကနေ အဆုံး ပြီးရင် ပြန်စ အဲဒီအတိုင်း လုပ်ငန်း တည်ရှိနေသရွေ့ လည်ပတ်နေမှာပါ 😇

1.Transactions

ပထမဆုံး အဆင့်အနေနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ transactions တွေ စုဆောင်းရပါမယ်

ဝယ်တာ ရောင်းတာ assets တွေဝယ်တာ အကြွေးပေးတာ ရေဖိုး မီးဖိုး ကားခ ဘာညာ expense တွေပေးတာ ငွေဝင်တာ စသဖြင့် အားလုံး ပါဝင်ပါတယ် 👍

2.Journal entries

ဒီအဆင့် မှာ transactions တွေကို debit, credit column ခွဲပြီး နေ့ရက်အလိုက် အစီအစဥ်တကျ စာရင်းမှတ် ပါပြီ

expense တွေဆိုရင် 1 ရက်နေ့ က ဘာသုံးတာ 2 ရက် 3 ရက် ဘာ ဘယ်လောက်
expense မို့ ဘာ expense ဆိုပြီး debit မှာမှတ် ​ေငွထွက်သွားလို့ cash or bank account ဆိုပြီး credit မှတ်

Income ဆိုရင်လဲ ဘယ်နေ့မှာ ဘယ်ကရတာ ပိုင်ရှင်ဆီကရတာ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတွေ ေရာင်းလို့ရတာ
Income မို့ ဘာ income ဆိုပြီး credit မှာမှတ်
​ေငွဝင်လို့ cash or bank ဆိုပြီး debit မှတ်

ငွေမဝင်ရင်လဲ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘယ်သူဘယ်ဝါ ရရန်ရှိဆိုပြီး debit မှတ်ပေါ့
ကိုယ်က ပေးရမှာဆိုရင်လဲ ဘယ်သူဘယ်ဝါ ပေးရန်ရှိ ​ပေါ့
စသဖြင့် မှတ်ရတာပေါ့

debit, credit တော့ညီနေဖို့ လိုပါတယ် 😉

3.Posting to the General Ledger

Journal entries မှတ်ပြီးတဲ့အခါ transactions တွေကို အ​ကြောင်းအရာအလိုက် General ledger စာရင်းခေါင်းစဥ် တစ်ခုချင်းစီ အောက် မှာ စုပြီးရေးသွင်းရပါတယ်

General Ledger မှာ Assets ဆိုရင် asset နဲ့ ပက်သက်တဲ့ land and building account ,cash or bank account,Inventory account, receivable account တို့ , Liability ဆိုရင် bank loan account တို့ payable to supplies ဘယ်သူဘယ်ဝါတို့ , Income ဆိုရင်လဲ sales income account, other income account , expense ဆိုရင်လဲ salary expense account, Transportation expense account တို့ , capital account တို့ စသဖြင့် စာရင်းခေါင်းစဥ်တွေ စာရင်းအမျိုးအစားတွေ ခွဲထားတဲ့ account တွေပါဝင်ပြီး

ဒီ account တွေထဲ စာရင်းရေးသွင်းရပါတယ် 😊
