ယခုအခါတွင် RBF Plus သည် တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက်ခေါ်ယူမည့် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူခြင်းအတွက် အလွတ်တန်းလျှောက်လွှာ ကူညီရေးသားပေးသူ (Freelance Service Provider) များကို ခေါ်ယူနေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လျှောက်လွှာကူညီရေးသားပေးသူ (Service Provider) ဆိုသည်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ စိုက်ပျိုးမွေးမြူရေးနှင့် လယ်ယာထွက်ကုန် တန်ဖိုးကွင်းဆက်တစ်လျှောက်လုံးရှိ အသေးစား၊ အငယ်စားနှင့် အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ (Agrifood MSMEs) ၏ အကျိုးကို လိုလားပြီး၊
🔹လျှောက်ထားလိုသည့် တောင်သူ/စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း/အသင်းအဖွဲ့များ၏ လက်ရှိကြုံတွေ့ နေရသည့် အခက်အခဲများ၊ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ခြေများကို သေချာစွာ ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင်ခြင်း၊

Call for Freelance Service Providers - RBF Plus
The Responsible Business Fund Plus (RBF Plus) is a development assistance program that aims to promote the inclusive growth of agrifood Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) within local agricultural value chains, enhancing their economic resilience and environmental sustainability.
RBF Plus is pleased to invite freelance service providers to support prospective applicants in developing and submitting project proposals under Third Call for Proposals.
Service providers are expected to work in the interest of agrifood MSMEs and carry out the following responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct in-depth consultations with interested farmers, businesses, or associations to understand their current challenges and explore feasible solutions;
🔹 Co-develop relevant project ideas that align with one or more of RBF Plus’s nine areas of support;
🔹 Assist in gathering and reviewing the necessary supporting documents, and draft high-quality proposals in accordance with RBF Plus guidelines;
🔹 Support the calculation and documentation of baseline business information required for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) meeting between selected applicants and RBF Plus prior to grant agreement signing.

• လယ်ယာစိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် လက်တွန်းထွန်စက် (Power Tiller)၊ ပဲခြွေလှေ့စက် (Bean Thresher)၊ ရိတ်သိမ်းခြွေလှေ့စက် (Combine Harvester) များ နှင့် ဆိုလာရေတင်စနစ် (Solar Pumping System) များ တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုမှု၊
• အဆင့်မြင့်ဆန်စက်အဖြစ် အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ထားမှု၊
• စွမ်းအင်အလေအလွင့် လျှော့ချနိုင်ပြီး ထုတ်လုပ်မှုပမာဏ တိုးတက်စေနိုင်သည့် ဆီစက်လုပ်ငန်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် တိုးတက်ပြောင်းလဲလာမှု အခြေအနေများကို သွားရောက်လေ့လာခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုများနှင့် နည်းပညာအဆင့်မြှင့်တင်မှုများသည် MSME များ၏ ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်း၊ ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေးနှင့် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်နိုင်စွမ်းကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးလျက်ရှိပြီး တန်ဖိုးကွင်းဆက်တစ်လျှောက် ပိုမိုထိရောက်သော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရရှိခဲ့သော အမှတ်တရပုံရိပ် အချို့ကိုလည်း လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့်အတူ မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။
The RBF+ team conducted site visits to projects implemented by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Kachin, Kayin and Mon states that were successful from the First Call for Proposals, covering agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and the broader agrifood value chain.
Especially, Kachin State has strong potential for the development of agriculture-based businesses. However, challenges in transportation and connectivity continue to affect access to advanced technologies and support services. Through RBF+, support is being provided to help local MSMEs improve technology adoption, productivity, and market linkages, while placing particular emphasis on ensuring that businesses across the value chain, including those in remote areas, have equal opportunities to grow and thrive.
During the visits, the team observed the operational status and progress of various projects, including
• The use of Power Tillers, Bean Thresher, Combine Harvesters and Solar-powered Water Pumping Systems for agricultural farms;
• The Upgrading of rice mills into more advanced processing facilities; and
• Energy efficiency improvement projects at edible oil mill, aimed at reducing energy losses and improving operational performance.
These investments and technology upgrades help MSMEs enhance productivity, improve product quality, and strengthen their competitiveness, while contributing to more efficient development across agricultural value chains.
We are pleased to share some highlights and key moments documented during our visits on the ground.
