Many claim tradition. Few honor its labor.
Chef Orng takes a seasonal staple — the pumpkin blossom — and puts it under pressure, deconstructing it through technical intensity into something crisp, complex, and entirely his own.

Aung Ko Oo distilled the vision into three shots: the gaze before the move, the violence of the fry, the stillness of the finished plate. Everything in between belonged to Luke and Butterfly Origami.

The result is sixteen seconds that feel like a full story — raw friction between ingredient and maker, held in sharp focus and hard shadow.
