တချို့လူတွေမှာ ‌အရမ်းကြောက်တဲ့ (သေလောက်အောင်ကြောက်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့) အရာတွေ ရှိတတ်ကြမှာပါ။ တချို့က ပိုးဟပ်မြင်ရင် ကြောက်တာ ၊ တချို့ အမှောင်‌ထဲမှာ တယောက်ထဲ နေရင်ကြောက်တာ စသဖြင့်ပေါ့။ ( I'm scared to death of being alone in the dark.)

*scared to death - extremely frightened

Examples:

- I was scared to death at the thought of making a speech.

- She was scared to death of flying.

- In high school I was scared to death of you.

- I'm scared to death that the tests are going to come back positive.
