အဲ့ဒီ Mindset ကို လက်တွေ့အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ ဘယ်လို Framework နဲ့ အသက်သွင်းကြမလဲ?

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ Agile အောက်မှာ လူသုံးအများဆုံးဖြစ်တဲ့ Scrum Framework ကို အလွယ်ဆုံးမှတ်လို့ရမယ့် "3-5-3" ပုံသေနည်းလေးနဲ့ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။✨

၁။ ပထမ "3" - Roles (တာဝန်ယူရမယ့်သူ ၃ ဦး) 👥
Scrum မှာ Roles ၃ ခုပဲ ရှိပြီး တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီမှာ တိကျတဲ့ တာဝန်တွေ ရှိပါတယ်။
• Product Owner: "ဘာတွေလုပ်မလဲ (What)" ဆိုတာကို ဆုံးဖြတ်သူ။ Customer အတွက် တန်ဖိုးအရှိဆုံး အလုပ်တွေကို ဦးစားပေးရွေးချယ်ပေးရပါတယ်။
• Scrum Master: အဖွဲ့သားတွေ Scrum နည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း အဆင်ပြေပြေ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်အောင် အတားအဆီးတွေကို ဖယ်ရှားပေးတဲ့ လမ်းပြသူ (Facilitator) ပါ။
• Developers: အလုပ်ကို နည်းပညာပိုင်းအရ လက်တွေ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် တည်ဆောက်သူတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၂။ အလယ်က "5" - Events (လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် ၅ ခု) 🔄
ဒါကတော့ Sprint တစ်ခုရဲ့ လည်ပတ်ပုံ Sprint Life Cycle ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

1. The Sprint: အလုပ်လုပ်မယ့် သတ်မှတ်ကာလ (ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် ၁ ပတ် ကနေ ၄ ပတ်အထိ) သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။

2. Sprint Planning: Product Backlog လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အလုပ်စာရင်းကြီးထဲကမှ အရေးကြီးဆုံးနဲ့ အခုချက်ချင်းလုပ်ရင် Customer အတွက် တန်ဖိုးအရှိဆုံး ဖြစ်မယ့်အရာတွေကို ရွေးထုတ်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးရင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့ Plan ဆွဲကြပါတယ်။

3. Daily Scrum: Sprint ထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေတုန်း နေ့တိုင်း ၁၅ မိနစ်လောက် အချိန်ယူပြီး Team တစ်ခုလုံး စကားပြောကြပါတယ်။ "မနေ့က ဘာပြီးလဲ၊ ဒီနေ့ ဘာလုပ်မလဲ၊ ဘာတွေ အခက်အခဲရှိလဲ" ဆိုတာကို တိုင်ပင်တာပါ။

4. Sprint Review: Sprint အဆုံးမှာ ပြီးသွားတဲ့ အလုပ်တွေကို Customer ကို ပြသပါတယ်။ ရှေ့ Post မှာ ပြောခဲ့တဲ့ "Customer Collaboration" ဆိုတာ ဒါပါပဲ။ Customer ဆီက Feedback ကို ယူပြီး မကြိုက်တာရှိရင် နောက်တစ်ခါမှာ ပြန်ပြင်ဖို့ မှတ်သားထားလိုက်ပါတယ်။

5. Sprint Retrospective: ဒါကတော့ အလုပ်အကြောင်း မဟုတ်ဘဲ "ငါတို့ ဘယ်လို အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့ကြလဲ" ဆိုတာကို ပြန်ဆန်းစစ်တာပါ။ Team အချင်းချင်း ပိုအဆင်ပြေအောင်၊ အလုပ်ပိုမြန်အောင် ဘာတွေပြင်မလဲဆိုတာ ဆွေးနွေးပြီး နောက် Sprint မှာ ပိုကောင်းအောင် ပြင်ဆင်ကြပါတယ်။

၃။ နောက်ဆုံး "3" - Artifacts (အလုပ်ရလဒ် ၃ မျိုး) 📝
1. Product Backlog: လုပ်ရမယ့် အလုပ်စာရင်းကြီး (Master List)။
2. Sprint Backlog: ဒီ Sprint ထဲမှာ လုပ်ဖို့ ရွေးထားတဲ့ Tasks အသေးလေးတွေ။
3. Increment: Sprint အပြီးမှာ ထွက်လာတဲ့ "အမှန်တကယ် သုံးလို့ရတဲ့" Product အစိတ်အပိုင်း တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီလောက်ဆိုရင်တော့ Scrum Framework ရဲ့ Role 3 ခု၊ Event 5 မျိုးနဲ့ Artifact 3 မျိုးတို့အကြောင်း လေ့လာမိသွားပြီ ထင်ပါတယ်။

Scrum ရဲ့ ဒီ 3-5-3 နည်းလမ်းဟာ အလုပ်တွေကို ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာရှိစေတယ် (Transparency)၊ အမြဲတမ်း စစ်ဆေးနေစေတယ် (Inspection) နဲ့ လိုအပ်သလို ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်စေတယ် (Adaptation) ဆိုတဲ့ Agile ရဲ့ အနှစ်သာရတွေကို လက်တွေ့အသုံးချတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Project တစ်ခုကို စနစ်တကျနဲ့ Value ထွက်အောင် စီမံချင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ဒီ 3-5-3 ကို စမ်းသုံးကြည့်ဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းချင်ပါတယ်။

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been promoted to the Product Owner role at NexStack! This is a brand-new position in our company, and I was given the opportunity to take a test to qualify for it. I’m grateful to my boss for trusting me with this new responsibility.

Although I’m a bit nervous since I don’t have prior real-world PO experience or a senior to guide me, I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned from my PSPO certification and try my best.

This is an important step toward my future career goals, and I’m really looking forward to growing and learning in this role! 🚀
