- Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-time



We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our ELV services portfolio. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, Smart Home and related systems.



Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV projects and services.

Generate leads, manage sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams for accurate costing and solutions.

Track tenders, RFQs, and follow up on submissions.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports.



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the ELV / security systems industry.

Strong knowledge of ELV solutions and project-based sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid driving license (if applicable)

Preferred Skills.

Experience with consultants and government / large commercial projects.

Strong network within construction, MEP, or ELV sectors.

Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
