Ya Kun Kaya Toast Thailand အတွက် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲပေးရာမှာ client, developer, thailand franchise manager နှင့် Singapore brand manager တို့နဲ့ အတူ ညှိနှိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

မူလဒီဇိုင်းထက် Brand Guidelines များလိုက်နာရန် အတွက် design outcomes အဆင့်ဆင့်ပြောင်းလဲခဲ့သော်လည်း final result မှာ Ya Kun brand ၏ မူလသွင်ပြင် နှင့် အရသာ မပျောက်အောင် ထားရှိနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ရပ်တည်ခဲ့တဲ့ brand တစ်ခု၏ သတ်မှတ်ချက်၊စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့်အတူ ဒီဇိုင်းဖန်တီးမှု အခွင့်အရေး နည်းပါးသည့်အတွက် ဖန်တီးမှုနဲ့ တိကျမှုအကြား မျှမျှတတ control လုပ်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ project တစ်ခုဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

We had the opportunity to design Ya Kun’s Thailand branch, working closely with the client, developer, and brand teams from both Thailand and Singapore.

While our original design direction carried our creative vision, the final outcome naturally evolved through the process of aligning with Ya Kun’s established brand guidelines. This negotiation between creativity and brand identity ensured that the project remained true to the brand’s core values while adapting to the local context.

From a designer’s perspective, it was a valuable experience to balance innovation with consistency, navigating between different voices and priorities. The result reflects not only the spirit of Ya Kun but also the collaborative effort behind bringing the project to life in Thailand.
