ဥပမာ ကျောင်းသားရဲ့ ရှုံးနိမ့်မှုကို ဆရာက ဒေါသထွက်မယ့်အစား ဂရုဏာသက်တဲ့ပုံ ပြမယ်ဆိုရင် ကျောင်းသားက သူအရည်အချင်းမရှိလို့ ဒီလိုဖြစ်သွားတာလို့ ခံယူသွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အချို့နည်းလမ်းတွေက အခြေအနေပေါ်မူတည်ပါတယ်။

၂. သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံများ

သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံက အခြေခံအရမ်းမကောင်းတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေအရမ်းအရေးကြီးပြီး၊ မေးခွန်းထုတ်တဲ့ပုံစံ၊ စာစစ်တဲ့ ပုံစံတွေကလည်း အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ဒီအပိုင်းမှာဆိုရင် ကျောင်းသားတွေကို လေ့လာဖို့အချိန်ပေးခြင်း၊ ဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း သင်ကြားပေးတာတို့ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။

ထိရောက်တဲ့သင်ကြားမှု ဆိုတာ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့်ဖို့ ခက်ပေမယ့်၊ ကျောင်းသားရဲ့ အောင်မြင်မှုဆိုတာ ဆရာရဲ့အရည်အချင်းကို ဖော်ပြရာလည်း ရောက်ပါတယ်။

၃. ဆရာရဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှု

အတန်းထဲမှာ သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံနဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို သိဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ သင်္ချာသင်ကြားတဲ့ပုံစံမှာဆိုရင် ဘာကိုနားလည်စေချင်လဲ၊ ကျောင်းသားတွေ ဘယ်လို လေ့လာစေချင်လဲ ဆိုတာတွေကလည်း ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရမှာပါ။

၄. ဆရာနဲ့ကျောင်းသားဆက်ဆံရေး

ဆရာနဲ့ ကျောင်းသားအပြန်အလှန်ဆက်ဆံမှုကလည်း သင်ကြားရေးမှာ သက်ရောက်မှုရှိပါတယ်။ ဆရာအနေနဲ့လည်း သင်ကြားဖို့တက်ကြွနေတဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ဖန်တီးရမှာပါ။ ကျောင်းသားရဲ့အောင်မြင်မှုဆိုတာ အရည်အချင်းထက်၊ ကြိုးစားမှုပါဝင်သင့်ပါတယ်။
