Requirements:
- Must have Nursing Aide or Healthcare Assistant Certificate
- Must agree to sign 4 years contract from work start date
- Preferred those with minimum height 155cm and weight above 50kg
- Must have at least 1 year experience in home country hospital in-patient setting
- Must not have motion sickness
- Must be willing to work on public holidays, night and rest days per schedule
- Must not have Tuberculosis (TB), cancer and other serious disease before
- Willing to do all general and basic care duties in Nursing Home including those concerning sanitary ones
- Must be physically strong to support elderly and sick patients (dementia, bed bound and wheel chair)
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Must be non-smoker / drinker

Duties:
- All various duties expected of a healthcare assistant in an elder care and nursing home like changing of diaper, cleaning/clearing of faeces, and etc.
- Caring of elderly to perform daily routines such as bathing, feeding, going to washroom
- Any duties in the nursing home like washing the laundry, serving meals, packing and serve medications, washing of dishes, cleaning up and etc.

Salary: $540/month
Working hours and days: 3 shifts (morning, afternoon & night), 44 hours per week
Housing : $500/month (remove if stay in on site accommodation or company leased HDB units)
Food: Provided on working days
Food allowance: $100/month (regardless of stay in or stay out)
Night Shift allowance: $10 /night

*Employer will allows the employee to fully cover the ITE course cost, candidates must agree to stay for 4 years (which is including ITE bond) otherwise employee has to pay Liquidated Damages of S$1500 to employer.*
