Digital Sales Executive Position for leading Solar Company

Responsibility
-Manage all social media activities of the business organization
- Monitor the social media activities of competitors and bring improvement in the activities of the organization towards gaining more online popularity
- Monitor all email newsletters and websites of competitors to have an idea of what they do and how to improve
- Liaise with the commercial and marketing team members of the organization for proper promotional monitoring and opportunities
-Update on a consistent basis, the websites and online activities of the business organization

Requirements
- Any Degree
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in related field
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft office package uses
- Ability to plan and manage time
- Possess very strong communication skills
- Ability to handle various forms of social media campaigns
- Possess experience of working in a team
- Ability to pay attention to details.

Reporting to the International HR Manager and to the Country Manager, he/she will have the following responsibilities:

Recruitment process

Make the local administrative aspects including the local Labour contract & registration to the local authorities

Manage the payroll

Manage the administrative and logistical part of trainings

Make onboarding & exit process in our HRIS system

Participate in the HR activities as part of the well-being of employees

Manage the payroll with our external provider

Make HR reporting’s

Coordinate with HR Group to put in place and follow up new process

Education and Technical Skills Level (academic degree, experience, courses, habilitations, language, …)

5 to 7 years’ experience in an HR department on similar functions, preferably in international companies

Command of pack office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and other HR information systems

Fluency in local language and fluent in English is mandatory.
