🛠 Job Responsibilities

• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy
• Ensure materials and work are in accordance with specifications
• Inspect site progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Conduct field surveys, inspections and technical investigations
• Manage and interpret contract design documents
• Coordinate drawings with Structural, M&E and Architectural teams
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, engineers and authorities
• Supervise site labour and monitor contractor performance
• Plan and coordinate work progress to meet deadlines
• Oversee quality control and safety on site
• Resolve technical issues and prepare reports
• Report to Chief Engineer and CEO

Job Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in BE (Civil)
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Good knowledge of construction projects
• Skilled in CAD software, Microsoft Office and design tools
• Proficient in English is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
