Fish ball curry (Myanmar style)
Fish ball curry Myanmar style is easy to make at home. It is one of the good curries for young children and who do not like fish bones. Some children likes fried fish ball. At the market fish sellers use to prepare fish meat from carp fish. Carp fish has lot of bones. It is not good to cook as cat fish or butter fish. All over Myanmar can buy carp fish meat at the market easily. In few minutes can prepare fish ball curry. Heat the pan, fried fish meat. When fish meat cooked well, keep it separately. Then heat the pan again, fry onion with little oil, add pounded garlic, turmeric, chili powder (who like spicy food), tomato, water and salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add fried fish. Add more water and cook for another 10 minutes. If you like coriander leaves, add it and green chili for nice flavor.
