Job Description

- Create designs for new construction projects, alternations and re-development.
- Coordination with architectural design team and construction teams.
- Preparing detail drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of building projects.
- Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans.
- Performs renderings and other design type functions.
- Report to project manager and director.
- Complete related projects as assigned in a timely and complete manner.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Architecture
- At least 2 to 3 years’ of working experience in architecture design
- Required skills : SketchUp Pro, Vray, Auto CAD, lumion, Adobe Photoshop and Power Point
- Knowledge in other Graphics software is an added advantage
- Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking
