Multi Split Air Conditioning System

Multi Split System ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?
Outdoor capacity ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး indoor unit 1လုံး ကနေ 5 လုံးအထိအသုံးပြုလို့ရပါတယ်။ Pipe connection ကတော့ indoor unit (FCU) အရေအ​တွက်ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး 1စုံ ကနေ 5စုံဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Liquid pipe နှင့် gas pipe ကို 1စုံလို့ပြောတာပါ။

Single Split နဲ့ Multi Split ဘာကွာလဲ?
အဒီက က outdoor unit space ပါ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ ဥပမာ 2 bathroom, living & dinning room apartment တစ်ခုမှာ indoor unit (FCU) 4 လုံးတပ်ဆင်ဖို့လိုမယ် single split system ကိုသုံးရင် outdoor unit 4လုံးလိုမယ်၊ multi split system ကိုသုံးရင်တော့ outdoor unit 1လုံးပဲလိုမယ် ဒါကြောင့် outdoor unit installation space သက်သာပါတယ်။ အခုလို one to four connection ရဖို့ဆိုတာက space cooling load ပေါ်မူတည်ပါတယ် ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ 2.5 kW capacity FCU ကို one to one connection သုံးရင် FCU ရဲ့ capacity ကမပြောင်းလဲပါဘူး one to four connection သုံးရင်တော့ FCU ရဲ့ capacity က 1.8kW ကိုလျော့ကျသွားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် Multi Split system ကို design လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် multi split selection table ကိုနားလည်ဖို့လိုပါတယ် နောက်ပြီး total pipe lenght ကိုလဲဂရုစိုက်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

✨✨Split type air conditioning system
(Note - Design Engineer ဘက်မှကြည့်၍ Basic knowledge sharing လုပ်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်)

Split type air conditioning system ကိုအရင်ပြောပါမယ်။ ဒီ system မှာတော့ outdoor unit(condenser unit) နဲ့ indoor unit(fan coil unit) ကို liquid copper pipe နှင့် gas copper pipe တို့ဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ထားပါတယ်။ One to one connection ပေါ့။

Single split Fan coil unit တွေကတော့
- Wall mounted
- 4 way Ceiling Cassette
- Ceiling concealed (Ducted type)
- Ceiling Suspended
- Floor standing fan coil unit တို့ရှိပါတယ်။

အဆောက်အဦးမှာ Single split system သုံးမယ် Design လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် ဘာတွေစဥ်းစားရမလဲ🤔

- Outdoor and indoor unit location
တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့် Pipe length

- အသုံးပြုမယ့် FCU (fan coil unit) type ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး capacity rating ကိုသိရမယ်။

- သတိပြုရမှာက catalogue မှာဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ Capacity rating က ဘယ် data ပေါ် အခြေခံပြီး ဖော်ပြထားလဲဆိုတာသိရပါမယ်။

- Space sensible heat, Latent heat load ကိုသိရပါမယ်။

- Power supply point က Outdoor unit ကိုပေးရမှာလား (or) Indoor unit ကိုပေးရမှာလား
စသည့်အချက်တွေကို စဥ်းစားရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းပြီးတဲ့အထိကြိုးစားခဲ့တဲ့ Batch 5 မှာ အစ်ကို, ညီ, ညီမတွေ အားလုံးကို အထူးကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ် ဒီထက်လဲကြိုးစားပြီးအောင်မြင်ပါစေလို့ဆုတောင်းပေးပါတယ်
