🌿ပဲခူးမြို့မှာ တည်ရှိတဲ့ Housing NOW ရဲ့ အလုပ်ရုံမှာ ဝါးများကို ဆေးပေါင်းနေခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းခွင် မှ ပုံရိပ်များပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီအချိန်က တော့ ဝါးခုတ်ချိန် ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီရာသီဟာ ဝါးအတွင်းမှာ အချိုဓါတ်ပါဝင်မှု အနည်းဆုံးကာလဖြစ်လို့ ဒီအချိန်မှာ ဝါးခုတ်ယူမယ်ဆိုရင် ပိုးစားဖို့ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းပိုနည်းသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စနစ်တကျဆေးသွင်းပေါင်းခံခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အပြီးမှာတော့ အရည်အသွေးကောင်းပြီး ရာသက်ပန်ပိုးမထိုးနိုင်တဲ့ ဝါးများကို ရရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🌿ဝါးဆောက်လုပ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ ကွင်းဆက်တစ်ခုလုံးမှာ အဆင့်ဆင့် အရည်အသွေးကောင်းမွန်ဖို့ဟာ ဒီအဆင့်က စတင်တာဖြစ်လို့ ဒီအဆင့်မှာ စနစ်တကျ မလုပ်ခဲ့ပါက ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွေမှာ အခက်အခဲ နဲ့ အကျိုးဆက်တွေ အများကြီး သက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

🌿These photos were taken at our workshop, where we are currently processing bamboo with preservation treatments. This season is the ideal time for cutting bamboo because the sugar content inside is at its lowest. Harvesting during this period greatly reduces the chance of insect infestation. After going through our systematic treatment process, we are able to produce high-quality, long-lasting bamboo that is resistant to insects.

🌿For the Housing NOW team, this is one of the busiest times of the year.
We have to carefully manage the entire annual cycle: cutting the bamboo, washing and cleaning it, applying treatments to prevent insect damage, drying the bamboo, measuring internal moisture content, grading by size, thickness, and age, and finally storing it properly.

🌿In bamboo construction, maintaining quality at every stage is essential — and this first stage is the foundation. If not done properly, it can create many challenges and complications later when the bamboo is used in construction projects.

🌿From harvesting the bamboo all the way to the successful completion of a construction project, the Housing NOW team is committed to ensuring quality results at every single step.

🌳ဒီဆေးခန်းဟာ ငှက်ဖျား၊ တီဘီ နဲ့ HIV လူနာများကို အဓိက ထား၍ (အခမဲ့) ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု နဲ့ (အခမဲ့) တိုင်ပင်ဆွေးနွေးမှု အကြံဉာဏ်များ ပေးနေတဲ့ ဆေးခန်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်စဉ် လူနာ ထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာကို ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု ပေးနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🌳 Ongoing demolition work and site inspection for the project starting this December.

🌳 In Hlaing Tharyar Township, Yangon, Housing NOW will begin construction this coming December on a clinic built with a combination of bamboo, timber, brick, and concrete.

🌳 This clinic primarily provides free healthcare services and free counselling to patients with malaria, TB, and HIV, and it will continue to serve thousands of patients every year with essential medical care.
