❌ Mistake #5: Using Incorrect Tenses

🎓 Lesson: Tenses can change the meaning of a sentence. ⏳ For example:

“I have seen the movie” (present perfect 🎬) vs. “I saw the movie” (past simple 🎥).

Present perfect is used for actions that have relevance to the present.

Past simple is used for actions that happened at a specific time in the past.

💡 Tip: Pay attention to time expressions like "since" and "for" to decide which tense to use. ⏰

Example:

“I have lived here for five years 🏡.”
“I lived here last year 📅.”
