Work responsibilities:
• Checking driver’s activities in the system
• Calculating and paying overtime
• Managing absence of drivers
• Introducing data on HR portal
• Elaborating weekly and monthly reports

• Possibility to choose the working schedule: Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00; or in shifts: 07:00-16:00/13:00-22:00

• University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance

• Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Detail oriented, fast learner, team player

• Daily follow up orders of our KEY-customers
• Detect possible delays in transportation
• Get partners’ confirmation on collection/delivery date and time
• Complete customers’ portals
• Making various reports in Excel
