I have paid a high price for staying loyal to what I know inside.

Confusion. Loneliness. Starting over. Being misunderstood.

And still...

I cannot imagine living any other way.

If your heart is asking you for a life that looks different from the one around you, I hope you listen.

There is no higher price to pay than wasting your energy on a life that is not yours.

Comment TRUTH and I will share with you how we can work together.

Slower has always been my flavour.

No matter what. Slower please.

More money? Slower.
More love? Slower.
More gifts? Slower.

Maybe my nervous system gets overwhelmed in speed but also I have deeply learned that if you cannot do something slow, you cannot do it fast either.

Slow does not mean nothing comes to you.
Slow means you care. You give deep meaning and connection to what is happening for you.

My advocacy for slow is organic.
This is the natural rhythm.

If a pineapple needs 18 months to grow, why would I expect the best part of me to arrive today?

Everyone around me wants things faster, I am so pleased with the juicy life I have from the speed I choose that respects my rhythm.

If you are on the journey of creating your desired life and you feel rushed and it happens to you that you loose contact with yourself, comment Rooted and lets change that together.

Have you ever felt rushed 'by life'?

Let me know in the comments.

What you do with the information that you gather about yourself on your own healing journey is important.

More important is how you use it.

Healing journey was never about keeping you humble.

It is the wind underneath your wings.

A healing journey makes you feel expanded, free, grounded, connected.

United inside.

Liberated and committed to your unique mission.

Celebrate your healing journey and know that your path is only unraveling.

Let me know in the comments section where you are on your healing journey, I would love to know.

The years in which I have compared myself have brought me nothing than low self esteem and self abandonment.

Because each time I compared myself I cultivated separation and this is the most painful thing I may have done in my life.

Comparison literally has no sense. It is only a trap.

A trap that this game of life sets for us.

But there comes a time where you stop comparing yourself with others and you actually focus on what is important:

YOU 🌹

There is where the real journey starts, there is where you actually start learning and growing. This life is a very intimate journey, and there is no meaning in giving your attention away from what matters like this.

If you have also experienced comparing yourself a lot and allowed yourself to not start things because of it and also you have overcome it, please let us know your story in the comments.

If you are still comparing yourself with others and you always feel behind, drop Zero Point and join the membership that will make you stop doing it, as it has no sense to do it ☺️

The need to be understood is often the last place where we still don't fully trust ourselves.

The day you stop needing another person's logic to validate your inner knowing, something becomes profoundly quiet inside.

Not because everyone agrees with you.

Because you no longer need them to.

There is something vulnerable about admitting this.

For years, I thought I wanted a successful business.

And perhaps I do.

But when I imagine a beautiful life, I don't imagine being busy.

I imagine waking up slowly.

Making tea.

Reading.

Singing.

Going to museums.

Being close to women whose hearts I genuinely care about.

Having enough space within myself to remain curious.

To still be moved by beauty.

To still stop and smell jasmine.

To still listen.

To still feel.

And I think I am grieving the version of success that taught me I should want more clients, more energy, more ambition, more doing.

Because if I am completely honest, what I long for is work that gives me more life than it takes.

Perhaps business, for me, is not something I build.

Perhaps it is something that quietly grows around the woman I am allowing myself to become.

I wonder...

When you imagine a beautiful life, what do you see?

And how much of your current definition of success genuinely belongs to you? 🌱
