Job Announcement: Host Position at ChillOut Surf Hostel
ChillOut Surf Hostel is seeking a reliable and personable individual to work as a host in our surf hostel. The position requires the candidate to be available from 7:00 PM until the end of service, which is approximately midnight. We offer a competitive local salary, accommodation, food, and the opportunity to surf.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hostel and the local area
Ensure the hostel is clean and tidy, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise
Help with organizing and running hostel events
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Previous hospitality experience is preferred
