Sindibad Beach Resort – Phase 1 brings together villas and residential blocks within a thoughtfully planned layout that balances privacy, accessibility, and open green corridors. The master plan organizes built forms around landscaped streets and pedestrian-friendly zones, creating a calm and structured living environment near the coast.
From aerial perspective to ground-level experience, the development reflects a strong urban framework — where architecture, circulation, and landscape work in harmony.
