WATCH: Drilon urges the Ombudsman to probe P1.4 billion in flood control projects in Iloilo City, most of which were cornered by Discaya companies.
Drilon was in Iloilo City for the launch of his memoir, "Being Frank".
But Drilon kept quiet about his own mammoth white elephant fly-overs that cost the government nearly P2 billion!
The Ungka Fly-Over was opened to vehicular traffic just over a year ago after structural defects were discovered in the project, forcing a delay of over two years. However, only light 4-wheel vehicles are allowed to traverse because of safety concerns.
The other project --- the Aganan Fly-Over --- remains unfinished even after the DPWH spent over P800 million.
