Sardines grillées au barbecue

Equal juice with oats 🌴 🥭

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oat 🌾

1/2 cup pineapple pieces (fresh or frozen) 🍍

1/2 cup mango pieces (fresh or frozen)🥭

1 banana 🍌

1/2 cup Greek yogurt 🥛

1/2 cup coconut milk 🥥

1 tablespoon honey 🍯

Method:

In the electric mixer we put all the ingredients and mix well

Serve cold
