We are happy to announce that the psychological horror film "Dragoons" directed by Reinis Ubelis has been selected in the Atlanta Film Festival, where it will have its international premiere. The festival will be held for the 48th time and R. Ubelis' film was selected from more than 7,500 submissions from 118 countries.
