Augustine’s Garden by Sampling restores a historic Art Nouveau façade while embracing adaptive reuse inside the courtyard. From hand-restored plaster and carmine tin roofing to reused brickwork, steel, and silicate, the project minimizes new materials—turning layered histories into a contemporary residential community shaped by craft, care, and landscape.
