Are you a Corporate Secretarial professional, with a focus on Funds, looking for a new challenge? To support our continued growth in alternative investment fund services, we've got open roles ranging from Senior Officer to Senior Manager! Come join our team! 👋

What you'll do:

✔️ Support and coordinate board, shareholder, and committee meetings
✔️ Draft agendas, minutes, resolutions, and constitutional documents
✔️ Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
✔️ Manage regulatory filings and governance requirements

Who we're looking for:
🔹3 - 7 years experience in corporate secretarial services within the Luxembourg fund industry
🔹Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and fund governance
🔹Excellent organisational and communication skills
🔹Fluency in English (proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset)
