This summer marks six months of Michele Tenzone as Chef de Cuisine at Blue by Eric Ripert.

With a storied career spanning Europe and Asia, including time in Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef Tenzone brings precision and passion to the Caribbean’s only Forbes Travel Guide’s Five-Star restaurant. His Italian roots and global experience inform a style that’s ingredient-driven, seasonal, and inspired by the rhythms of Cayman.

“I’m extremely happy and proud to continue the legacy of Blue as the best restaurant in the Caribbean,” Chef Tenzone said. “As we prepare for our upcoming seasonal pause, I look forward to using this time with our remarkable team to continue elevating the restaurant to even greater heights.”
