✨ Maturation coaching - this is very dear to my heart. A profound & deep, deep look into who we are being in the world. What patterns are repeating & how can we go to the very core of them? What do you really want from your one precious life?

✨ Wildcrafting & foraging workshops - come & spend an afternoon with me creating in flow with nature, the seasons & reconnecting to the land - and ourselves.

✨ Forest School - I have a few months to complete my training so I’ll be running a 6 week group of sessions as part of that very soon 🌱

✨ Gentle Mornings - for those in Luxembourg, I am offering a free 30 minute gentle movement, breathwork & meditation session each Friday morning in the woods near Lux City. Followed by a cup of herbal tea together 💛
