Alpha Advisors advised international group of digital media companies FCR Media, which is backed by BaltCap, in the sale of its Lithuanian operations FCR Media Lietuva to one of the fastest growing digital advertising companies YNOT Media (www.vz.lt/rinkos/isigijimai-ir-susijungimai/2019/04/30/fcr-media-padalini-fcr-media-lietuva-isigijo-ynot-media).

Alpha Advisors acted as a buy-side advisor to Stova (part of Modus Group) on the acquisition of Citypark Eesti, one of the leading car parking operators in Estonia. Stova provides car parking services under brand UniPark in Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and Poland.

Alpha Advisors advised the shareholders of Sekargas Ir Kompanija (cargo inspection services in the seaports in Lithuania, Latvia and Kaliningrad region) on the majority sale of the Company to Hamilton Poland, Poland’s second-largest provider of independent inspection and analytical services, which is backed by the private equity firm Enterprise Investors.
