⏱ Laikas spaudė, biudžetai buvo riboti, bet komandos sukūrė 5 naujas idėjas ir prototipus: dronų logistika, aplinkosauginės technologijos, bendruomenės sprendimai, inovacijos miestui rytoj 🌇

Jay priminė: lyderystė – ne titulas, o gebėjimas veikti, kai kiti dar laukia. 💡

Students and young professionals tackled real-life challenges:

⏱ With limited time and tight budgets, teams created 5 brand-new ideas and prototypes: drones, eco-tech, community solutions, and urban innovations 🌇

Jay reminded everyone: leadership isn’t a title – it’s the ability to act when others are still waiting. 💡

We had an inspiring Creative Thinking Workshop led by Stefanie van der Sman, JCI Vice President for Europe, with the support of Ana Boisteanu, Growth & Development Director for Europe.💡

Participants explored creative thinking principles through hands-on exercises, including a one-minute appearance challenge and designing a festival destined for total failure, boosting creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork 🤝

The evening ended with a relaxed networking session, filled with great conversations, laughter, and new connections ✨
