FORT Legal komanda prisidėjo prie viso projekto ciklo – 2015 m. konsultavome EfTEN Capital įsigyjant šį pastatą, o dabar padėjome klientui jį parduoti. Per visą investicijos laikotarpį projekto vidinė grąžos norma (IRR) siekė 14% per metus.
