What is a General cleaning?

General cleaning is carried out before the maintenance (supporting) cleaning, before the departure and entry of tenants, before the sale of the apartment, etc.

General cleaning includes:
📍bathroom, shower, toilet
wiping:
- cabinet and drawer fronts;
- all accessible surfaces;
- a bathroom mixer and a sink;
- wiping and putting small items in their place;
- doors;
- door handles;
- switches;
- sockets;
- lamps;
- wall radiators;
- taking out the trash, wiping the trash can;
- outside wiping the washing machine;
- dry and wet floor cleaning.

📍kitchen, dining room
wiping:
- cabinet and drawer fronts;
- countertops and uncluttered surfaces;
- sink faucet;
- outside cleaning of the kitchen equipment from grease and other contamination;
- wiping glossy surfaces from stains and streaks;
- doors;
- door handles;
- window sills;
- available skirting boards;
- switches;
- sockets;
- chair legs;
- luminaires up to 2.5 meters high;
- taking out the garbage, wiping the trash can and the waste box inside;
- washing dishes (up to 15 minutes);
- dust removal of chairs;
- dry and wet floor cleaning.

📍bedroom, living rooms, corridors
wiping:
- nightstands;
- countertops;
- doors;
- door handles;
- mirrors;
- window sills;
- available skirting boards;
- switches;
- sockets;
- luminaires up to 2.5 meters high;
- dusting upholstered furniture;
- dry and wet floor cleaning.
