It was our first AI panel discussion in 2026! The key topic: we're entering the age of AI orchestration. 🚀

The conversation has evolved. It's no longer "how do I get better results from an AI?" but "how do I coordinate multiple AI agents to work together seamlessly?"

Single-agent prompting was phase one. Now we're looking at multi-agent systems where different AIs handle different parts of complex workflows—each with its own role, passing information between them, making decisions about when to collaborate.

It's less like having a smart assistant and more like conducting an orchestra. The question isn't just what each instrument can do, but how they all play together.

If you're still thinking in terms of one prompt, one agent, one answer—it might be time to zoom out.

Office turned into "Artery 51" for one of our biggest year-end celebrations - "Wintefest"! 👽

From aliens and conspiracy theories to sci-fi adventures and detective puzzles, we had it all (along with some super creative costumes). It was a perfect way to celebrate an awesome year together before the big holidays! 🎄✨

Our internal AI hackathon: The BuildAI Challenge, is a wrap! 💥

The main goal was to turn everyday workplace challenges into AI-based solutions. Our teams created 8 working prototypes using LLM, computer vision, and ML to solve everything from office automation to knowledge management:

✅ Smart office lighting with mobile apps & tilt controls
✅ AI assistant with 6 specialized agents for kudos, absences & parking
✅ Developer assessment tool generating personalized trainings
✅ Visma Vision video search platform unifying scattered recordings
✅ Real-time parking availability with predictions & trends
✅ Chatbot replacing manual SQL queries with conversational data access

🏆 And the winners are: Eimantas Kudarauskas (AI Assistant) and Edgaras Legus (Visma Vision + Park in Artery)

Half a day. 2 outstanding speakers. 1 shift in mindset at the "Building value, not just features" conference.

From understanding the demands of the AI era to prioritizing impact over perfection, it was a morning of conversations and shared learning.

A huge thanks to Valērija Makijenko and Tomasz Szturo for pushing our thinking on what it means to be truly product-oriented in the AI era.
