More complex projects require stronger engineering teams 🚀

In May, MEPCO welcomed five new Project and Senior Engineers to our Vilnius and Kaunas offices.

As part of the Ethos Engineering group, MEPCO contributes to large-scale data centre projects across Europe. Growing our team is a natural next step, bringing in the specialized expertise needed to further strengthen our Mechanical and Electrical engineering disciplines and support the successful delivery of these projects.

Yesterday evening, the MEPCO team put their problem-solving and collaborative skills to the test during an interactive city challenge across Vilnius.

From uncovering hidden stories and decoding clues to completing different activities along the way, it was an evening filled with creativity, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition.

Stepping out of the office gave us the chance to break away from our usual routines, discover a different side of the city, and simply enjoy time together as a team.

Grateful for such an interesting and enjoyable evening! 🙌

Now that Mepco is part of the Ethos Engineering group, face-to-face time like this is especially valuable. While digital communication keeps our projects moving every day, nothing quite replaces meeting in person. Bringing teams together helps strengthen relationships, build trust, and create a shared culture across offices and borders.

We were very glad to welcome our Ethos colleagues from Dublin Gary O’Reilly and Sean Byrne to Vilnius for the event.

It was an evening filled with racing activities, great conversations, and a real chance to strengthen connections across teams. Congratulations to Gary for taking 1st place! 🏆

This week, two MEPCO engineers are visiting our Ethos Engineering colleagues at their Dublin headquarters to exchange technical knowledge and strengthen collaboration across teams 🇮🇪

Since joining the “Ethos” group earlier this year, we’ve been focused on building closer collaboration. Meeting in person is a valuable opportunity to align engineering practices, share experience, and gain insight into the large-scale international projects delivered across the group.
