The frame of the building rests on glued laminated timber (strength GL-24; 120×360). All wood used in the building has a C24 strength class. On one side, the beams are covered with OSB, which gives the building rigidity. The building has a roof - very strong. Glass wool 200 mm thick was used to insulate the building. The wall is vapor-tight and very heat-retaining. 200mm glass wool is used for roof insulation!

The facade of the building is made of clapboard covered with 2X tinted wood oil or paint. The sheathing board itself is attached to wooden beams 45x195, between which stone wool 200 mm thick is laid. The floor and ceiling are also insulated. Outside, the floor is protected by a wire fence from rodents.
