There is so much of good energy 💫💫💫 in it and I'm sure the main reason is the manager who has been standing behind it during the whole process - Laura👈👈👈.
Each time I saw her speaking about this project she had sparkles in her eyes. 🤩🤩🤩
That's the energy that every person should carry over a any project!🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

Working virtually sometimes means even working from Indian Railways

Do people still think that the main role of administrators or as it’s called in the video - various assistants - is to file the nails, brush the hair and drink or serve coffee AND to be the wall to reach the director?!! I think and myself being an assistant can prove that being ‘a filter’ you have to have a huge spectrum of soft and hard skills such as analytical, tech, communication, organizational, project management and millions of other!

I chose to be a virtual assistant (even though I have a university degree in economics as well as international marketing) because i think that assistants are one of the most diverse skilled people in any team, usually we have to do the first steps to any project and make the stone rolling as well as the last ones.

So love administrators not for getting through the filter but for saving your as a manager/director/business owner lots and lots of time and stress!
