The program strengthens cooperation between Belarusian, Swedish, and Lithuanian creative professionals working in music, theatre, and film — and supports art as a space of freedom and democratic values through cultural collaboration.
Open to Belarusian musicians (wherever you are in the world) and musicians based in Sweden.
