Meet Our Speaker — Andrejs Dubkovs

Andrejs Dubkovs is a lighting and stage designer with deep experience in modern beam technology, optical systems and touring-scale production workflows. His projects span concerts, theatre and large-format live events, where precise control of beam shaping, dynamics and visual impact is essential.

At the Stage & Lighting Designers Meetup in Vilnius on January 14, Andrejs will discuss the evolution of beam fixtures, how optical architecture affects real-world performance, and what designers should consider when choosing tools for today’s high-demand productions.

Andrej will also lead a live demo of Ayrton new fixtures - MagicDot Neo, EagleStrike, Mamba, showcasing their technical capabilities in practice.
