The National Development Bank ILTE will start providing services and consultations in a new office in the business center "AsgaardKeys", located at Ukmergės g. 124, Vilnius, in March . In order to organize operations more efficiently and observing the growing expectations of clients for individual consultations, it was decided to look for premises better suited to the company's activities.

"As the current office lease agreement expires, we have assessed the changed needs of the organization - the number of missing workplaces for employees, taking into account the expansion of the organization, the desire to change the office concept by creating spaces that are comfortable for the community, and the desire to be more accessible to our current and future clients. Due to the limited number of meeting spaces, we have not been able to fully meet the need for individual client consultations until now. Meanwhile, the client consultations offered in Kaunas and Vilnius last year showed an extremely high demand for a permanent space for meetings with clients," says Dainius Vilčinskas, head of ILTE.

The new ILTE office will feature comfortable consultation spaces and meeting rooms for working with clients. According to D. Vilčinskas, it will be even more convenient for businesses and partners to receive all the necessary information about the financial instruments provided by ILTE and possible cooperation.

Convenient location and high sustainability standards.
In response to the needs of stakeholders, the location of the new headquarters was selected taking into account several important criteria: the office had to be close to key partners – ministries, financial institutions and international financial organizations. The quality of the office space and the convenience for employees were also taken into account.

"We are creating an office that would not only meet the needs of our employees and clients, but would also contribute to the implementation of sustainability principles – lower energy and resource consumption. Of course, we also based the decision to move to new premises on cost-effectiveness criteria, so the final decision was determined by the best value for money," says D. Vilčinskas. The selected business center meets the requirements of class A energy efficiency and BREEAM certification.
