Is there a perfect time - month, day, or hour - for looking for a new job?

For some, it could be September, for others January and for the rest - the time of the year, month or day doesn't make any difference. Although we notice that it is more difficult to attract new employees in summer and we suspect why. Thus "Mipsas" team would like to share 3 facts, that would change your opinion:

📌 Onboarding process is easier in summer because of the slower pace of work.

📌 At the end of the summer we organize a team building that would allow you to enroll in the life of the team easier and simpler while knowing each other in an informal environment.

The past few years have taught us one good lesson - a business does not necessarily fall apart if employees have to work from home. 😎

If you work with us - go on holiday whenever you need. Our company gives great freedom considering a vacation. You can take them when you want or need them, we don’t have restrictions on the dates or length of your holiday. 🙌
